Left a ton of rubbish and mounds of soil

This company worked on a house behind mine – we have a shared access right of way but actually the house behind me does not have the permission to have access but they obviously instructed this company to do the job via that access. This company worked on their garden and left all the rubbish and mounds of dirt and soil which is completely blocking the right of way. A neighbour of mine contacted this company to ask when they will return but they have received no response.
